Maturity of Project Management in Consulting Engineering Firms

This survey is part of an MSc Project Management study at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. The purpose of the survey is to assess the level of Project Management Maturity in Consulting Engineering Firms in South Africa.

Results will be processed anonymously.

The survey consists of 3 parts:

Part 1: Details of your organisation;

Part 2: Project Retrospection - assessing the perceived success of recently completed projects; and

Part 3: Project Management Maturity - Questions on project management processes.
